International Students and Scholars

International Students and Scholars admits and advises international students.  It provides leadership and advisement support for immigration issues and enhances the academic and cultural experiences of international students and visiting scholars.

Study Abroad

Study Abroad provides USU students with opportunities for study throughout the world, through exchange partner institutions or consortiums, for semester, academic year, or summer programs.  It also provides USU faculty-led programs in international locations worldwide.

International Programs

The Office of Global Engagement provides support for sponsored students. The International Programs team serves as the liaison between sponsored students, university campus units, and their sponsors. Sponsored students are typically students who are funded by their government, organization, or sponsor. Individual support is provided to sponsored students applying or who are enrolled at USU. Services include facilitating arrival, connect students to campus units, and general advising. International Programs also provides services to other students/faculty based on a per fee model. Please contact the Office of Global Engagement if you have questions about our services or programs at (435) 797-1124 or by emailing international.programs@usu.edu.

The Campus GAP (Global Aggie Program)

The Global Aggie Program has been around for over 10 years. The GAP program helps connect international and domestic students through various activities. The GAP is open to all university students and encourages involvement by students of all majors.
