SOC 3120 - Social Statistics I (QI)
QI Quantitative Intensive
3 Credits:
Examines use of statistics in social sciences. Focus on statistical analysis with surveys and census-type data. Includes parametric and nonparametric statistics utilized most in social analysis.
Prerequisite/Restriction: Six credits in department and one of the following with C- or better: MATH 1030 , MATH 1050 , MATH 1060 , MATH 1100 , MATH 1210 , MATH 1220 , STAT 1040 , STAT 1045 , STAT 2000 , STAT 2300 .
