NDFS 6150 - Principles of Food Sanitation


3 credits

This independent course will address sanitation and hygiene principles and their impact on food safety. It includes information on soils, cleaning compounds, sanitizers, cleaning equipment and regulations.

Prerequisite/Restriction: Completion or current enrollment in NDFS 5110  or NDFS 6110  and enrollment in the Masters Food Safety and Quality Program.
