MGT 3700 - Operations Management

3 credits

Covers concepts and tools related to managing a business operation. Topics include: operations strategy, process management, lean systems, supply chain management, demand forecasting, and inventory management.

Prerequisite/Restriction:   or STAT 2300  or STAT 3000 ; admittance to a USU major, cumulative GPA of 2.67 or higher, completion of at least 40 credits.
