FIN 5440 - Cases in Finance

3 credits

This course will focus on advanced topics in finance through the study of cases. A wide range of topics will be covered in class including: financial analysis and forecasting, discounted cash flow analysis and valuation, portfolio construction and management, capital budgeting and the cost of capital, mergers and acquisitions, and capital structure.

Prerequisite/Restriction: FIN 4410  and FIN 4460  or accepted into the Financial Economics - MS  program.
