Program Requirements

This program requires an overall GPA of 3.0 and a GPA of 3.0 in major requirements. Program requirements may not be taken for a pass/fail grade, except those courses that are only taught pass/fail.

Communications Literacy Requirement


In addition to satisfying the basic Communications Literacy (CL) general education requirement, students in this major must receive a grade of C+ or better in either ENGL 1010  or ENGL 2010 

Preparation Anchor - ELED (15 credits)


Unless otherwise noted, these courses require a grade of B- or better for Licensure Lane Designation (LLD). Students not receiving these minimum grades may receive General Studies Lane Designation (GSLD).

Content Pedagogy Core (15 credits) (Licensure Lane Designation required) (B- or better)


Grade of B- or higher required for LLD continuation.
