3.0 Minor GPA required
The minor in Family and Human Development (FAHD) is designed to provide a knowledge base for understanding families and human development in order to enhance the training of majors in other academic disciplines. A grade of C or better is required in coursework for the FAHD Minor. A 3.0 minor GPA is required. No more than 6 transfer credits may be used toward the FHD minor. Students applying for an FAHD minor at USU, but transferring courses from other universities, must complete a minimum of three USU HDFS courses in order to earn an FAHD minor. Courses counted toward the minor may not be taken pass-fail.
