Refund Policy
When a student withdraws from classes through the fifteenth day of the semester (for full-semester classes) or before completing twenty percent of the session (for partial-semester classes), he or she is entitled to a 100 percent refund of registration tuition and student body fees, as well as class and lab fees. Weekends and holidays are excluded in calculating deadlines. Refund deadlines are listed in the Registration Calendar.
All refunds will be mailed to the student or be deposited directly into the student’s bank account. The application and evaluation fee for an undergraduate or graduate applicant is nonrefundable.

For students residing in Oregon or Maryland during the refund term, the following refund schedule will be applied:
Oregon
OAR § 583-030-0035(18)(c): After classes begin for a term, a student who withdraws from a course is eligible for a partial refund through the middle week of the term. Refunds shall be based on unused instructional time and shall be prorated on a weekly basis for schools using a semester, quarter or nontraditional calendar.
Maryland
Based on the Annotated Code of Maryland (Annotated Code, Education Article, §11-202.2.(d)(1) and (2), the following refund policy shall provide a refund to any student residing in the state of Maryland who has completed 60% or less of a course, term, or program within the applicable billing period:
