Online Program Complaints
Students enrolled in USU online courses and who are physically located outside of Utah (out-of-state students) who have a complaint concerning a Utah State University online program should follow the university’s grievance processes. Complaints that are unresolved by the university may be escalated to UT SARA or to their state’s NC-SARA enforcement authority. UT SARA may refer a complaint to another agency for investigation. Students will be expected to provide proof of due diligence in working with the institution before escalated complaints will be reviewed.
