ACCT 6440 - Taxation of Flow-Through Entities

Advanced concepts and principles governing the taxation of partnerships and partners, s-corporations and shareholders with basic concepts in estates, trusts, and beneficiary taxation.

Prerequisite/Restriction: ACCT 3410  and ACCT 6400
