KIN 6150 - Embodied Practice: Skinner Releasing 1

This course is dedicated to introducing the work of the American Dance genius Joan Skinner. Skinner Releasing Technique is a movement technique that combines kinesthetic and poetic imagery, tactile hands-on studies, and guided improvisations to access a fluid multi-dimensional alignment.
