FIN 4560 - Advanced Topics in Real Estate

3 credits

Topics include challenges faced by residential and commercial developers, property managers, and investors, and the impact of regulation and government intervention. Real estate assets are considered in a portfolio setting and contrasted to more general portfolio theory and risk management.
