OPDD 2700 - Applied Material Science

3 credits

Students are exposed to the different materials for product design and development. The design parameters are used to make proper metal, plastic, composite, and/or ceramic material selections. Mechanical properties, finishes, and service life are also explored.

Prerequisite/Restriction: TEE 1030
