TESY 4540 - Six Sigma Basics

3 credits

Students learn the Six Sigma methodology, defined by 5 DMAIC steps (Define – Measure – Analyze – Improve – Control). In addition to the 5 DMAIC steps, students learn a step zero that occurs first. It is known as Six Sigma Leadership.
