MGT 4610 - Recruitment and Selection

2 credits

This course examines how to effectively conduct a job analysis and develop job descriptions, and how to recruit candidates and assess their skills, abilities, and competencies. It also explores the legal environment of recruitment and selection.

Prerequisite/Restriction: MGT 3250  with a grade of B- or better
