MSLE 3880 - Leading Change: Influence and Strategic Agreements

This course focuses on theoretic models and practical strategies that leaders use to influence change and create strategic agreements. It addresses how leaders create value, influence stakeholders, overcome differences, build consensus, negotiate strategic agreements, make collective choices, and implement decisions.
