MSLE 3810 - Personal Leadership

This course explores leadership theories and practices at the individual level. It is designed to elevate students’ leadership performance through examining leadership, motivations, mindsets and behaviors. Personal leadership models are explored, including Stephen Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People.”
