TESY 4830 - Network Traffic Analysis 3 credits
This course teaches the basics of network-traffic analysis. Students learn the process of recording, reviewing and analyzing network traffic for performance, security, and/or general network operations and management.
Prerequisite/Restriction:
One of the following:
- 900-hour Information Technology certificate from Bridgerland
- 900-hour IT/Web Technology certificate from Bridgerland
- 1200-hour Web Development certificate from Bridgerland
- Related experience approved by the Instructor or Department Head
- B.S. in an IT-related field from an accredited program approved by the Department Head
