MGT 3940 - Principles of Hotel Management

3 credits

This course introduces students to the hospitality industry with particular emphasis on the hotel sector. It examines the impact and importance of the industry on economies and the role of the hotel manager in leading efforts to provide high-quality experiences for guests and associates.
