GEOG 2340 - Natural Resources and Society 3 credits
This course explores interactions among food, water, energy and ecological services as foundations of human dependence upon natural resources. Interdependencies are examined from economic, ecological and geographic perspectives, considering climate change, population growth, water and land use as critical issues.
