MAE 2160 - Material Science

3 credits

This course covers the study of atomic and microscopic structures of metals, polymers, ceramics, and composite materials, and how these structures affect material properties.

Prerequisite/Restriction:
  • CHEM 1210  and ENGR 2140  (both may be taken concurrently)
  • Student must be in the Pre-Professional or Professional Engineering program
