NDFS 6770 - Advanced Management in Dietetics I

This first in a two-part series encompasses management and leadership principles in all practice areas of dietetics (clinical, food service management, community). Coursework includes management and leadership principles, evidence-based practice and policy, human resource management and personal leadership development.
