NDFS 6780 - Advanced Management in Dietetics II


3 credits

This second in a two-part series encompasses management and leadership principles in all practice areas of dietetics (clinical, food service management, community).  Coursework includes human resource management, business practices, negotiation, managing finances and entrepreneurship and private practice in dietetics.

Prerequisite/Restriction: NDFS 6770
