TEAL 6090 - Theories of Organizational Leadership in Education

3 credits

This course introduces prospective school administrators to theories of organizational behavior and practices of managing and leading people within the context of the school organization. Differentiated syllabi are provided between master’s and doctoral versions.

Prerequisite/Restriction: Admission to the Administrative/Supervisory Concentration or M.Ed. in Instructional Leadership programs
