ADVS 3500 - Principles of Animal Nutrition
3 credits
ADVS 3500 is a principal animal nutrition course covering metabolic roles and characteristics of carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, minerals, vitamins, and water. Metabolic process of each nutrient will also be taught. Digestion, absorption, and use of nutrients and their metabolites will be discussed as well.
Prerequisite/Restriction: ADVS 2200 and CHEM 1220
