Enzymatic mechanisms and strategies for carbon-carbon and carbon-hydrogen bond cleaving and forming reactions, phosphoryl group transfer, stereochemical analysis and outcomes of enzymatic reactions, mechanistic roles of organic and metallic coemzymes.
