CS 5200 - Introduction to Distributed Systems

Introduction to design and programming concepts and techniques for distributed software systems. Explores core design issues, network communications, system architectures, protocols and protocol design, resource management, concurrency, distributed objects, security, and distributed file systems.
Prerequisite/Restriction: Grade of C- or better in CS 3100 Not available to pre-Computer Science majors
