CS 5700 - Object-Oriented Software Development

Students study object orientation (OO) and how they can use it during design, implementation, and testing to improve software quality.  Specifically, the course will focus on the four P’s of OO software development, namely: a) core OO principle, b) software design patterns, which embody proven solutions to reoccurring design problems, c) best practices, and d) pitfalls, which are bad practices to be avoided.
