FCSE 2510 - Orientation to Family and Consumer Sciences Education
3 credits
Overview of the integrated Family and Consumer Sciences Education system. Students learn how family and human development, nutrition, finance, clothing production, and consumerism is planned, implemented, and evaluated through FCSE programs in the public schools.
Prerequisite/Restriction: Enrollment limited to FCSE majors only
