SPED 5410 - Practicum: Direct Instruction Reading and Language Arts for Students with Mild/Moderate Disabilities
1-3 credits
Students learn to use Direct Instruction techniques, positive management, curriculum-based assessment, and data-based decision-making to teach reading and language arts to children with mild/moderate disabilities. Students are placed in a classroom, where they teach a group of children daily.
