NDFS 5040 - Dairy Foods Processing Laboratory 1 credit
Students obtain hands-on experience in the manufacture of vaious dairy foods and learn about processes such as cream separation, homogenization, pasteurization, sterilization, ultrafiltration and fermentation of milk.
