HEP 5400 - Prevention Strategies for Obesity and Disordered Eating 3 credits
Promoting healthy behaviors using a “Health at Every Size” approach will be the primary goals of the course. Evidence-based programs for obesity and disordered eating prevention will be discussed. Additonally, students will discuss on issues related to obesity and disordered eating (e.g., weight stigma, media literacy, bullying).
Prerequisite/Restriction: Junior standing for Undergraduate students
