BENG 6500 - Systems Biology Modeling 3 credits
Living organisms are composed of multiple cellular components that work in an integrated fashion to support life processes. This course introduces students to network concepts and mathematical approaches used to model a cell as an integrated system.
Prerequisite/Restriction: MATH 2250 , MATH 2270 , or equivalent; BIOL 4040 , CEE 2870 , CS 1400 , or equivalent
