ACCT 6101 - Advanced Strategic Cost Management
3 credits
This course involves an in-depth study of the concepts and techniques used in managerial decision making. Topics such as strategic analysis, capital budgeting, manufacturing accounting, management control systems, performance measurement, and quantitative techniques for planning and control will be discussed. Admission to the Executive Master of Accounting (EMAcc) program is required.
Prerequisite/Restriction: Admittance to Executive Master of Accounting (EMAcc) program
