COMD 4910 - American Sign Language III (CI)
CI Communications Intensive
4 credits
This Advanced American Sign Language course develops students’ expressive ASL skills. The course covers advanced ASL vocabulary, use of classifiers and non-manual markers, visual-gestural communication, and application of linguistic features of ASL. The course is taught in ASL, with a no-voice, total immersion approach.
Prerequisite/Restriction: COMD 3910 with a grade of B- or better
