FIN 4450 - Advanced Corporate Finance
3 credits
Augments and extends the basic equity valuation material in corporate finance to the specific and complex setting of valuing equity securities. Covers valuation models (i.e., dividend discount model) as well as multiples and technical approaches.
Prerequisite/Restriction: Grade of B- (2.67) or better in FIN 3400 ; admittance to a USU major, cumulative GPA of 2.67 or higher, completion of at least 40 credits
