FIN 4490 - Hedge Funds and Private Equity

3 credits

Focuses on the activities of hedge funds and private equity, their influence on corporate decision-making, and corporate measures taken to counter threats and exploit opportunities represented by these investors. Also analyzes competition and cooperation between investment banks and private equity and hedge funds.
