MAE 5360 - Advanced Dynamics
3 credits
Students study particle and rigid body dynamics. Topics include work and kinetic energy, conservation of energy, impulse-momentum, and conservation of linear and angular momentum as well as kinematics and kinetics in 2-D and 3-D. Newtonian and Lagrangian Mechanics are also addressed.
Prerequisite/Restriction:
- ENGR 2030
- Admission to the Professional Engineering Program
