ACCT 6440 - Taxation of Flow-Through Entities

3 credits

This course covers advanced concepts and principles governing the taxation of partnerships and partners, s-corporations, and shareholders. Students are introduced to basic concepts in estates, trusts, and beneficiary taxation.
