MGT 3250 - Managing Human Capital

2 credits

This course examines the importance of human capital in organizational decision making. It considers how to effectively plan, evaluate, and manage a workforce, and how to manage individuals using evidence-based techniques. 

Prerequisite/Restriction:
  • Admission to a USU major
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.67 or higher
  • Completion of at least 40 credits
