WATS 4530 - Water Quality and Pollution

3 credits

This course covers sources, transport and transformation processes, impacts, prevention, and mitigation of the major categories of water pollution. It includes policy and management approaches required by the Clean Water Act and state law. One Saturday field trip is required.
