NURS 4010 - Leadership, Management, and Policy in Health Care

4 credits

Students learn evidence-based leadership and management theories and concepts to prepare them to function as professional nurses in a variety of health care settings. Topics include ethics, finance, health outcomes, organizational theory, personal career development, role transition, quality, and values.

Prerequisite/Restriction: Admission to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program
