COMD 3100 - Speech Science 3 credit(s)
This course examines the anatomy, physiology, acoustics, and basic neurology associated with speech, language, and swallowing. It addresses systems involved in respiration, phonation, resonation, articulation, and ingestion. Lab exercises may be required.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Communicative Disorders and Deaf Education major
