This course examines the application of continuous improvement concepts, systems, and techniques throughout the organization. Topics include continuous flow, scientific thinking and the continuous improvement cycle, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, mistake proofing, and creative problem-solving.
Prerequisite(s): MGT 3700 with a grade of B- (2.67) or better
