SPED 5130 - Literary Braille Codes

This course focuses on reading and writing literary braille using a slate and stylus and computerized braille writers. It includes literary braille contractions, short-form words, punctuation, and rules of usage for basic Grade 2 braille emphasizing accuracy and beginning formatting.
Prerequisite(s): SPED 5105 ; with a grade of B- or higher; Teacher Education and Special Education program admission
