NDFS 5100 - Sensory Evaluation of Food (QI)

QI Quantitative Intensive
3 credits

Design and implementation of sensory testing of foods. Emphasizes physiology of senses, testing methods, statistical analysis, and taste panel experience.

Prerequisite/Restriction: STAT 3000 .
