NDFS 4550 - Nutrition Assessment/Clinical Nutrition I

4 credits

Introduction to the profession of dietetics, assessment of nutrition status, and nutrition care planning. Pathophysiology of disease states and applied medical nutrition therapy.

Prerequisite/Restriction: CHEM 3700  enrollment restricted to Nutrition and Food Sciences majors only.
