NDFS 5920 - Food Product Development (CI)


CI Communications Intensive
3 credits

Capstone course that incorporates and unifies the principles of food chemistry, microbiology, engineering, processing, nutrition, sensory analysis, and statistics.

Prerequisite/Restriction: Senior standing.
