ECN 5700 - Economics of Public Choice 3 credits
The application of rational choice theories of individual behavior to the political processes of representative democracies and other systems of governance. Topics include voting; legislatures; autocrats and bureaucrats; judges; the provision of public goods, and the growth of government.
