ECE 5430 - Applied CMOS Electronics

3 credits

Analysis, design, and application of digital and analog MOS integrated circuits in electronic systems. Includes device-lever VLSI, fabrication technology, and semiconductor device physics.

Prerequisite/Restriction: ECE 2700  and ECE 3410 .
